Instructions for use: Simply place over closed eyes during meditation or savasana practice. Alternatively, heat in microwave for up to 40 seconds if using as heat pack or keep in freezer for cold compress.
Ingredients: 100% high quality cotton, thread, rice and dried lavender.
Care Instructions: To retain scent, best kept in closed packaging when not in use. Wash in cold water.
